A running list of what's shipped on GoalRush — fixes and new features, dated, so you can see the effort going in.

•Champions League is now free to enter — every GoalRush player (current and future) is automatically in, the same as Europa League. No entry fee, no payment needed. Everyone, Gary included, starts fresh at zero.
4 September 2026
•Competition leaderboards are now clickable — tap or click any player's name to see their points broken down gameweek by gameweek (completed, confirmed results only, never the actual predicted scores).
•Organisers can now permanently delete a competition they no longer need, from Settings → Danger Zone, with player and prediction counts shown before you confirm. GoalRush's own platform competitions (GaryGoalRush, Europa League, etc.) can't be deleted this way.
•Added Europa League, FA Cup, Conference League, EFL Cup and more to the Competition Type list when creating a new competition.
•Fixed: a Europa League competition's Overview page showing the wrong season underneath ("Premier League 2026/27"), and the same competition sometimes appearing under "Custom" instead of its real type on My Competitions.
•Tidied up the filter tabs (All / Premier League / Europa League, etc.) on My Competitions and Admin's All Competitions so they look consistent.
•When setting up a Champions League or Europa League-style competition, you can now clearly see and pre-select the Knockout stage even before it's been drawn, alongside Qualifying/Group Stage — and once a gameweek has started or predictions are in, the fixture selection locks to keep things fair.
•Organisers and admins can now see a quick list of who's still to predict for the current gameweek on the Review Predictions page — handy for chasing reminders. It only ever shows who's predicted, never what they predicted.
•The Review Predictions page now shows every fixture for a gameweek, including any a player hasn't predicted yet, and each player's section can now be collapsed to make scrolling through a big competition quicker.
•If you've still got picks left to make for the current gameweek, your competition dashboard now tells you exactly which fixtures they are, with a direct link to finish them off.
•An organiser's Competition Overview page now tells you straight away how many players still have predictions outstanding for the next gameweek — with names — and links straight through to chase them up.
•Your name now shows in the top bar on mobile, so it's always clear which account you're signed in as.

•You can now sign in with a memorable 6-digit PIN instead of waiting for an emailed code every time. Next time you sign in, verify with your emailed code as usual and you'll be asked to set a PIN — after that, just enter your email and PIN. Forgotten it, or on a new device? The emailed code is always there as a fallback.
•Added Full table / Portrait / Landscape options to the shareable league table image, and it now matches the real Tables page layout properly.
•Reskinned the Predictions and Results pages to match the cleaner grouped-fixture look already on the Fixtures page — same visual language everywhere now.
•Launched the first in a new series of shorter, 4-gameweek #BeatGary competitions — GaryGoalRush: GW5-8 is live now, with every player already entered and everyone (Gary included) starting fresh at zero. You'll get an email a week before each new one starts.
•Fixed: gameweek reminder emails weren't reaching a few competitions (including Europa League) due to a missing setup step — reminders now cover every competition properly.

•Champions League and Europa League prediction competitions are here — both run the full tournament, group/league stage through every knockout round to the final. Every fixture is scored on the 90-minute result only; extra time and penalties never count, even for two-legged knockout ties.
•Europa League is free to enter and every GoalRush player — current and future — is automatically in it.
•Champions League costs £5 to enter, with the prize pool split between the top finishers and a share going towards running the competition. Look for the Champions League tile on your dashboard to pay and join.
•My Competitions now has filter tabs (Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, etc.) so the list stays easy to scan as you rack up more competitions.
•Fixed the poll banner on your dashboard only checking one of your competitions for open polls — it now checks all of them.
•Tidied up a handful of inconsistent buttons and back-links across the site.

•Added a second navigation bar on mobile, right at the top — your GoalRush home link plus one-tap buttons for Dashboard, #BeatGary, Tables and My Competitions.
•Fixed: the leaderboard at the bottom of a competition's Overview page always said "not available yet", even once results had come in. It now shows the real top 5 standings, with a link through to the full leaderboard.
•Added a quick prompt on your dashboard to pick your favourite Premier League team, favourite national team, and country — pick a few or skip it, up to you.
•Polls now actually get noticed — you'll see a highlighted banner on your dashboard whenever there's a poll waiting for your answer, and a new "Polls" tile in your Competition Hub.
•Sign-in codes are now 6 digits instead of 8.
•The invite code, link and QR code for a competition now also show on its main Overview page, not just the Players tab.
•Fixed: the Predictions, Fixtures and Enter Results gameweek pickers used to always default back to Gameweek 1, even once it had finished. They now default to the next gameweek that still needs attention.
•Added a Community board — ask a question, suggest an idea, or catch the latest update from the GoalRush team, with the ability to reply directly.

•Official league tables are live — Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, Scottish Premiership, Scottish Championship, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, and the Champions/Europa/Conference League, all kept up to date automatically. Find them under "Tables".
•League tables now also show Home and Away form as separate views, not just the overall table.
•Fixed: a match in progress was showing as finished (with points already given out) using whatever the live score happened to be at that moment. Matches now show as "In Play" with the score updating live, and points aren't awarded until it's actually full time.
•Added polls — an organiser can now ask their competition a quick question ("Interested in a mid-season prize?") with tap-to-answer options, and see the results as they come in.
•The invite page now includes a QR code, so joining a competition is as easy as scanning it.
•GoalRush can now be added to your phone's home screen (look for "Add to Home Screen" in your browser menu) and opens full-screen like an app.
•Added a bottom navigation bar on mobile for quicker one-tap access to your dashboard, #BeatGary and Tables.
•The navigation inside a competition now clearly shows which page you're on.

•See everyone's predictions once a match locks — and once it's played, see the points every player was awarded for it. Look for "See all predictions" under any locked fixture on the Fixtures or Results page, in every competition.
•The points breakdown on that new view now separates a correct result with a team's goals also right (3pts) from a correct result alone (2pts), instead of showing both the same way.
•Results and fixture updates now sync in automatically from our official data provider, rather than being entered by hand for every match.
•Fixed: a match result now updates every competition that includes it straight away, not just one.
•Fixed: the league table's Exact/Result/Bonus columns and Played column now reflect what actually happened, not what was predicted.
•Added a sort option (date joined, or name A-Z) to the Players list for competitions with a lot of members.
•Fixed: a prediction left half-filled-in (one score entered, the other blank) now tells you clearly which match needs finishing, instead of silently failing to save.
