Just an email address — no password to remember. GoalRush sends you a one-time code, or you can set a memorable PIN to sign in faster next time. There's nothing to pay, ever.
Ask whoever's running a competition for their invite link, or create your own in minutes and share the link with your friends. You're also automatically entered into GoalRush's own platform competitions — GaryGoalRush (Premier League), Champions League and Europa League — the moment you sign up, so there's always something to predict even before you've joined anyone's private league.
Call the exact score for each match. You can change your mind as many times as you like right up until 60 minutes before that specific fixture's own kickoff — roughly when team lineups are announced — at which point that one prediction locks. Every fixture locks independently, not the whole gameweek at once, so you can keep adjusting Saturday's late kick-off even after Friday night's game has already locked.
Every fixture is scored the same way, everywhere on GoalRush: an exact score earns 5 points. Getting the correct result (win, draw or loss) plus one team's goal tally exactly right earns 3. Correct result only, with neither score exactly right, earns 2. Getting just one team's goal tally right but the wrong result earns 1. Anything else scores 0 — but a near miss almost always earns something.
Before a fixture locks, its Fixtures page shows how many players have already predicted it — a headcount only, so it never gives anything away early. Once it locks, that same fixture flips to a full reveal: everyone's actual predictions, and once the match is scored, the points each of them earned. Look for "See all predictions" under any locked fixture on the Fixtures or Results page — it works the same way for every fixture, past or present, across every competition.
Every competition has its own live standings — Played, Exact scores, Correct results, Goal bonuses, and total Points, updating as results come in. Click into any player's row for a gameweek-by-gameweek breakdown of exactly how they got there, and check your own Career page for your all-time stats across every competition you've ever played.
A private competition is just you and whoever you invite — same real fixtures and scoring as everywhere else on GoalRush, your own leaderboard. If you're in more than one competition covering the same tournament (say, two different Premier League leagues), save your predictions once and you'll be offered the option to copy them into your others in one go — it only ever fills in gaps, never overwrites a pick you've already made directly, and it only ever offers competitions of the same tournament type, so a Premier League competition won't try to copy your picks into a Champions League one.
